Fitness is always about building positive self-image and self-esteem. In a world where children are bombarded with media defining 'beautiful', it is important for us to help them build healthy body images.

For many children, athletics are a place to release anxiety and stress. For others, fitness helps children succeed later in life by setting goals and attaining them.

At Body Blueprints I offer a unique approach to wellness, athletics and fitness. My programs engage balance, coordination, speed, agility, plyometrics, utilizing body weight. I've worked with teenagers looking to increase their run times for team sports, to increase pitching speed, to make varsity sports teams, and have educated Moms of obese children and teenagers on how to incorporate fun and fitness into daily routines. My priority is to cater to each specific clients need.
