Though positive in approach and attitude, excuses will not be accepted. Together we will examine and explore how to remove barriers to your success. I do more than just count reps;

Your safety is of the utmost importance, so I focus on Proper Form, Posture and Technique to prevent injuries such as muscle strains and sprains. This focus also ensures maximum benefit from each exercise and stimulates your metabolism effectively.

Personal Training for All Types of Clients
You are never "too old", "too young" or "too out of shape" to begin a personal training program, especially when it is under the guidance of your trainer at Dezigned Fitness. For children and teenagers, the goals of the child and the parents determine which Dezigned Fitness program is the best fit.

As a Nationally Certified fitness professional, I possess the foundational skills necessary to provide safe and effective one-on-one training, as well as small group fitness classes regardless of fitness level.

I am dedicated to maximizing every workout session with exercise prescription and instruction.

I motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback. A thorough fitness assessment to determine
         your program will be recorded as your baseline. At regular intervals fitness assessments will be performed
         to measure you improvements.

I educate my clients in all aspects of wellness, exercise, general health and nutrition.

Your safety is a #1 concern. So recognizing my expertise and scope of practice, if I suspect a client has
         a medical condition that could prevent safe participation in an exercise program, I will refer the client to
         the proper health professional for prior clearance.
