"Janet makes exercise fun!"

"I love walking and swimming but strength building exercise is not my idea of fun. Never in a million years did I think I would ever work with a personal trainer. That's partly because my idea of a personal trainer was someone who would keep asking me to do impossible things. Janet is what a personal trainer should be, and not like my vision. She is always positive and she adapts specific exercises to my abilities so I always feel success. In my personal training sessions, Janet is very attentive, watching every move to ensure my form and posture are correct, so I am using the correct muscles and readjusts my position when necessary. I like that every week is different-- Bosu ball, stability ball, TRX, resistance bands. I'm working the same muscles but in slightly different ways. She has adopted the mantra "You can't do it yet", and then works to help me improve my skills. "Just two more" is her way of providing the gentle push I need.

In her "Boot Camps", Janet is very aware of each person's limits and adapts each exercise to the individual while challenging us within our own abilities. Her programs are designed so that no matter what age (35-70+), everyone can participate.

Janet makes the exercise fun. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer or strength coach to help them get results!"
