At Body Blueprints . . .

we design specific, individualized programs for each client based on goals, current abilities and the results of the client screening/evaluation. Body Blueprints provides each client the knowledge and training needed to most effectively achieve their personal fitness and wellness goals through exercise and nutrition. Programs are customized for short, mid and long term goals. We track your individual progress online, regularly adjust program activities to avoid boredom and plateaus. We retest at regular intervals to further ensure clients are on track to meet their goals. We teach you how to achieve your goals while having fun in the process.

Janet received a diploma in Personal Training from the (National Personal Training Institute) and is recognized as a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist by the NSCA (National Strength Conditioning Association). Janet is also certified as Corrective Exercise Specialist by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).. She also holds a bachelor's degree in Business from University of Phoenix and an MBA in Management from Golden Gate University of San Francisco CA.
